2018 LULAC Scholarship

“What sculpture is to a block of marble
education is to the human soul.”
-Joseph Addison

Through a joint partnership with the Moline and Davenport LULAC Councils and the Greater Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the VIVA Quad Cities scholarship application will now follow the guidelines set by the LULAC National Educational Services Center Inc. as a way to ensure that local Quad Cities high school seniors and college students have access to scholarship funds to help further their education.

VIVA Quad Cities has raised funds to offer scholarships to local students for over 20 years. In 2016 our organization partnered with the Moline & Davenport LULAC Scholarship Program as a way to maximize scholarship funds through matching services provided by LULAC National Education Services Center, Inc. The VIVA QC Scholarship has adopted rules and guidelines provided by LNESC.
